I had some really bad realtors in the past. Most want to be listing agents and do nothing more to get property sold. Marc contacted me if I was still interested in selling he thought he would like to help me sell the house. And he did in very few days. Pictures were beautiful. His guidance was supportive as what to do and not to do. I so enjoyed on first walk through, he said you don't need to do anything except clean up landscaping.
